THESE ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE SPRINGS are for any lift up to 13.5mm..  NASCAR engines now live at a steady diet of 9000 rpm.  A key component of these engines is the special valve springs that will not fatigue in a 500 mile race.

The ultimate Alfa engine deserves a set of these.  Call it overkill if you like, but considering the cost of the other exotic components that make the ultimate Alfa scream down the straight, it is good insurance to be sure your spring pressure does not fade toward the end of the race. 

• These springs are for longevity and years of service. These should be tested with each rebuild.
• The Ultimate Spring set is designed for high lift cams  (above 12mm) or engines that operate at or above 8000 rpm.  We have tested to 9000 RPM

The installer must check set seat pressure and adjust as necessary to our recommended valves. With standard valve stem lengths deeper spring pockets or modified retainers may be required.
