This 3mm oversize intake valve will breath new life in your 1300 or 1400cc engine. For best results use the stock diameter  34mm exhaust valve.

• Backside design & 45 degree seat angle vastly improve flow.
• We tried this combination on a true 1300 engine with a two barrell Solex. This Guilietta Spider was never outrun by a dual weber 1300. We guess it is worth 2-5 HP. You will never find cheaper bolt on HP. Well worth the money to try this on your next valve job.
• There is no need to replace the stock intake seat. Yes, the stock valve is 37mm, but the seat itself is 38.8mm. The 40mm valve overlaps the seat by .6mm. This .6mm overlap beyond the sealing of the seat enhances the flow at low lift.
• Use 45 degree seating on the intake.
• For economy it is ok to use the stock 9x34mm exhaust valve on 30 degree seat.
• We recommend using our stainless 8x34 valves with 45 degree seating.
