• Cornering forces compress the soft stock runner suspensions bushings.
• Compliance changes suspension geometry.
• Compliance delays the reaction of the sway bars.
• Poly material is more rigid and reduces this compliance. 

For street cars the Poly material has enough compliance to absorb shock from rough pavement and keep a smooth ride. 

Spherical bearing and rock hard Delrin plastic bushings are used on dedicated race cars where ride quality does not matter.
