Fits all 105/115 cars. Bolt on kit except for drilling steering knuckle and setting correct ride height. This kit combines our Spherical Rod End Steering Kit and Spherical Lower Ball Joint to produce the ultimate in desirable handling characteristics: Improved bump steer, camber gain and lower roll center. The adapters are CNC Macined from 4130 steel alloy. Spacers furnished with this kit are specifically designed to reduce bump steer numbers to an acceptable range. Further refinements can be achieved by adding or subtracting spacers as necessary.

STEERING. This spherical rod end conversion kit eliminates sloppy tie rod ends, corrects bump steer and vastly improves steering response. These high quality rod ends eliminate the old ball joint type tie rod end compliance that prevents crisp turn in. Spherical rod ends also improve top end performance by eliminating toe out on the straights cause by compliance in the standard tie rod ends.

LOWER BALL JOINT. This spherical bearing replacement eliminates the gross amount of compliance of the old Alfa ball joint. The adaptor is CNC Machined from 4140 steel alloy. When installed it raises the spindle 1.2", lowers the car by the same amount and lowers the roll center of the front end. It also effectively lengthens the steering knuckle by 1.2" and increases the angle of the upper arm the same as the old knuckle risers. This increased angle of the upper arm induces camber gain needed to offset the loss of camber due to roll when cornering. The lower tapered hole in the steering knuckle must be drilled out to 5/8" to install this part. Spring shims may be necessary to restore specified ride height. UPGRADE to GTA track rod. For an additional $50.00 you can substitute our lowered track rod, that clears the deeper GTA oil pan.  Also this bent rod allows engine/gearbox removal with out removing track rod.
