All 101, 105, 115 Twin Spark Cylinder Heads

This Race Performance preparation includes:

• Pressure test for leaks
• Port & Polish intake & exhaust runners
• Match intake manifold
• Perform valve seating with torque plate
• New racing valve guides, seals
• New racing oversize valves with 45 degree seat angle, seats as necessary (extra for TS)
• New high RPM performance VSS12-1 springs, set spring height
• Equalize combustion chamber volumes
• Resurface with minimal cut

CUSTOMER HEADS. 

We turn around the race heads in 3-6 weeks.  Customers are welcome to purchase our new cams to be installed.  Customer heads will be returned in customer shipping container

EXCHANGE HEADS 

We will work with you on an exchange basis as follows.

• CORES.  We keep only 1750 and three models of 2000. Sorry, no 1300, 1600 or twin spark heads for exchange.
• DEPOSITS.   Exchange deposits are $650 for head, $300 for intake manifold and $75 for our shipping container.  This money will be refunded upon receipt of acceptable cores and container. .
• CORES RETURNED.  No overheated, warped, cracked, badly damaged or corroded heads.  You will be charged for replacing damaged or broken studs.  Over three replacement seats will be charged at $25 each.  Unacceptable cores will be returned at customer expense.
• SHIPPING.  Our exchange heads will be shipped in our container.
