For race applications only.  Fits all 1300, 1600, 1750 engines mating to 1750/2000 hydraulic bell housings. At only 6.1 pounds it is 15.4 pounds lighter than a stock 215mm unit.  It mounts a late model light weight 130 tooth ring gear. This quality 6061 aluminum flywheel  mounts all of our Tilton 7.25" clutches.  See below for clutch options to use with this flywheel.

CLUTCH OPTIONS

PRESSURE PLATES

66-301HBF Tilton 7.25" rally pressure plate.  This is the most popular and versatile set up.  Developed for road rally, it is perfect for road race and vintage events.

66-001HBF Tilton 7.25" single metallic disc.  Full race setup for serious competition, where smooth engagement is secondary to no slip banging through the gears.  Clutch is either off or on.  This pressure plate is one pound lighter than the rally version.  This presssure plate is what one would use for a 30 minute shootout like the SCCA Runoffs.

66-002HBF Tilton 7.25 twin metallic discs.  Aggressive set up for lots of horsepower, like perhaps a Montreal V8 or turbo twin spark engines.

DISCS

64185-7-A-04 Titlon 7.25" rally disc.  Unsprung with six ceramic puck facing.  Designed to take abuse without burning up.  Can be slipped to some degree for take off in first gear.

64185-2-A-04 Tilton 7.25" metallic disc.  Unsprung with thin metallic coating.  Full race grip with no slip.  See 64185-2-AA-04 for a twin disc pack.

520455-7.25S4 Spruell Motorsport 7.25" rally disc.  Sprung center is easy on the drive train for take off and going through the gears.  Our dual compound four puck ceramic discs are the favorite for vintage racing.  Requires our Spruell Motorsport flywheel.

RELEASE BEARING

105-725-RB Spruell Motorsport special aluminum adapter and contact bearing.  The contact bearing can be replaced as needed for $20.00.

STARTERS NEEDED (for 130-tooth ring gear)

Bosch# 0001 211 025 Requires the early Bosch starter that came on 72-74 cars. Weight 14 pounds.

Bosch# 0001 108 081 Can be updated to the late model Bosch gear reduction unit. Weight 7.3 pounds.
