These 45 DCOE 152 Webers are modified and blue printed for ultimate performance. The 152 Webers have 4 progression holes for smooth transition from idle during acceleration.

For race performance we modify as follows:

• Check all passages for restrictions to flow
• Set float levels higher for race performance
• Replace screws securing throttle plates with counter-sunk, flush mounted flat head machine screws to enhance flow
• Remove casting flaws and re-shape secondary venturi for optimum flow.

Enhancing and equalizing flow at the carburetor definitely makes a difference on top end performance. This is equally important as removing casting imperfections in the ports and intake manifold.

For 2.0 engines, this is a bolt on conversion for street performance. The 36mm venturi are correct for or 1600 race set up or 2000 street performance. Fuel and air jet variations can be expected.
