GET RID OF SLOPPY STEERING!

When the steering idler box bushings wear, the precision movement of the RF wheel is compromised. The toe (in or out) is changing constantly under load as it picks up slack in the idler box. Grease fitting can be installed for routine lube with molly grease.

This is the bolt on aluminum casting part of the idler arm box assembly. It is fitted with a pair of ball bearings instead of bronze bushings that wear and cause changes in steering geometry. Reuse the original shaft even if it is worn. Use metal set compound to take up any space inside the ball bearing inner race.
