Fits all 2.0 engines with 1750/2000 gearbox with hydraulic bell housings. It mounts a (1975-1989) 131 tooth ring gear. At only 8.5 pounds, this high quality CNC machined 6061 aluminum flywheel is 14 pounds lighter than the original cast iron unit.

PRESSURE PLATES

115PP Street engines can use original Sachs

115PPR Modified & race engines will break the original Sachs unit, so we developed a rebuilt, reinforced unit using new OEM SACHS pressure plates.

115PPSL For those who want to go fast, we reduced the rotating mass 30% from 9.5 to 6.5 pounds, using an aluminum plate and lightened frame.

115PPA New reproduction Porsche 911S pressure plate suitable for street or race.

DISCS

605-20455 Street engines can use original Sachs. (Street engines can also upgrade to our Kevlar faced disc.)

520455P Performance/Race engines need our 215 mm Kevlar compound sprung disc with no Marcel leafs.

520455-8.5S4 Race engines needing more aggressive grip can upgrade to our 215 mm spring center, four ceramic puck discs.

520455-8.5US4 For the most aggressive drivers?, we make our four ceramic puck (same compound) solid disc. One pound lighter than the sprung unit.

RELEASE BEARING

105-215-RBS For use with all pressure plates except the Porsche plate. The contact bearing can be replaced for about $20.

101-215-RBC For use with Porsche pressure plate only.  The contact bearing can be replaced for about $20.
